3 minute apple crumble mug cake, so easy and delicious! if you have these simple ingredients, and a couple of spear minutes, you can have this cinnamon, walnut and apple, gooey and chewy mug of happiness!

This 3 minute apple crumble mug cake is one of my favorite things about fall! It smells amazing, is so gooey chewy and crunchy all at once, and is so easy to prepare! Really perfect for chilly afternoons and cold evenings!

So, coming back to my 3 minute apple crumble mug cake, if you have some simple ingredients on hand, and if you feel like treating yourself to a comforting fall staple, but don’t really feel like baking all that much, this recipe is all you need!

What you need:

– for the crumble –

1/4 cup margarine or butter (melted)
1/2 cup quick oats
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

– for the filling –

2 apples cut in small cubes
1/4 cup graham crumbs
1/4 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
a drop of lemon juice

Combine all of the crumble indigence together, and mix well. In a separate bowl mix the ingredients for the apple filling.

Divide the apple filling mixture among two mugs, and then top it with the crumble. Microwave each mug for 3 minutes separately. (Be careful, it’ll be very hot!)

Serve as it is, or add vanilla ice cream! ( I think it’s amazing with some vanilla ice cream!)
