This is another recepie that is rather healthy yet still very yummy and sweet. A perfect combination I would say :). Specially that muffins make for a such a perfect snack when you are in the hurry , and I don’t know about your kids, but mine loves them . Everyone who tried them was asking me how come they are so moist and what’s inside, and the answer is: grated apples! You can’t see them, but they add the sweetness and the inchace the texture. And adding avocado oil instead of any other fat not only benefits your health but also adds to the sweet taste. So I hope you’ll like them too 🙂


1 1/3 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tea spoon baking powder
5 tea spoons cacao
1 tea spoon cinnamon

2 eggs
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 milk

2 cups grated apples

Mix all of the dry ingredients , then add eggs, oil and milk. When the mixture is homogene add apples. Bake around 25 minutes on 325F. You can decorate them with nuts like I did 🙂 . Enjoy !
