Weekend is coming and this is my version of easy yet special Saturday morning breakfast. Sure it takes more time than preparing cereal , but it’s really not more than 10 min of preparation, and I think it’s just fine. They are full of fiber thanks to outs, and good fats from peanut butter and nuts. But my daughter liked them cause they where crunchy and sweet, and they smelled divine!

1 cup flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup quick outs
1 pinch baking powder
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of melted butter
2 eggs
walnuts

Mix the dry ingredients. Add the rest. Mix gently with a spoon. Divide in to small muffin cups. Bake for around 20 min on 350 F.
Eat warm with milk or coffee. Enjoy your weekend !
